Dancing of any type will help you not only burn calories but will improve your posture, body definition and help you to get in touch with a whole range of body movements. Also it is a good challenge. I recommend taking a class bi weekly and then actually practicing what you learn so that you can improve. I think most people will find that not only do they feel better form this type of work out but they will really enjoy it as well. Plus if you pick a style of dance that is done to your favorite type of music you will really have a great time and time will fly. Meanwhile you will be sweating and glowing and feeling good about yourself too.
