I have discovered an all-in-one fitness program - swimming. Swimming as a fitness program really has helped me in fitness in multiple areas. You get a full body workout as well an excellent cardio/aerobic exercise. My initial and primary interest was for health (getting regular exercise) but I have also found it to be extremely effective in weight control and amazing for body shaping as well... nice side benefits!!! This can all be done with a relatively small time commitment (and no smelly gyms) with a program that requires as little as 3-days per week and in and out of the pool within 50 mins. Although my goal is to try to get exercise at least 5 days a week but have been averaging about 3 days per week. I started 12 weeks ago and have lost 8 pounds, 2" around my waist and have dramatically increased my upper body muscle mass and tone.
