Hair Care Tip: Hair Repair

When my hair feels really dry towards the ends. I put on my Kerastase Intense Masque but before I finish I add coconut oil to the ends of the hair. The same one that you can use after straightening your hair. I then usually get someone else to massage the ingredients into my head, not only good for stimulation of hair growth, but VERY relaxing. I then put on a plastic shower cap and leave it overnight.

This does take a thorough washing out the next day so please be aware! But the ends are so much more nourished and if left to dry naturally rather that blow dried, your hair is just like silk.
