Personal Care Tip: Sprouted Wheat

Tip description / details: I have 1 cup of sprouted wheat for every breakfast for more than 3 years now and I am very happy with it.
Ingredients: The way I am having the sprouted wheat is mixed with 1/2 cup of raw oats, 1 tbsp of honey, walnuts, dry fruit of any kind and one cup of hot soy milk poured on top (the hot milk soften up the wheat berries and makes them easy to chew).
How to prepare: 1/2 pound wheat berries are soaked in 1 and 1/2 gallons of water for a whole day (24 hours). The water is changed every 8 hours (3 times in 24 h).
The next day the berries are moved in a strainer for 24 more hours and sprayed with fresh water every 8 hours as well.
The 3rd day the berries are moved in air tight containers and stored in the refrigerator.
How to use:
Results (observed by submitter): My hair is shiny , my skin doesn't dry anymore, I have much more energy than before and I am in the best health I've ever been before. My weight stays the same, I am not hungry until 12-1:00 pm. AND it taste delicious due to the nutty taste of berries combined with all the nice dry or fresh fruit I am adding---which varies depending on the season.
