I make a point to nurture myself with a relaxing bath using Epson Salts with a dash of essential oils. I also set the mood for my space with a candle, sounds of the ocean or some meditation music. Take at least 20 minutes. Sounding is also another way to enter into a relaxed state while soaking. Repeat the OM sound. After the bath I use a body lotion while skin is still moist. In the morning and before bedtime I do yoga, and spend some time in meditation. I believe it is important to give yourself positive affirmations. A diet of whole grain, beans, brown rice, veggies, fruit, eggs, chicken, turkey, fish, red meat once in a great while. Must have my chocolate, soy milk and lots of water, and fruit juices. I also use olive oil and herbs and spices. So that is it in a nutshell. Oh...don't forget the nuts; they are so good for you! At the age 51 soon to be 52, I feel better and more energetic than I did 10 years ago.
