Here's a few simple things you can to to for peace of mind, better relationships, better health, a positive outlook on life.

  • Start each day with a few deep breaths and good old fashioned cat stretch.
  • Eat real food for breakfast -- eggs, yogurt, fruit, meat.
  • Stand tall, smile and greet the world with enthusiasm.
  • Transition into the evening by telling someone you love them.
  • Make an entry in your gratitude journal, pray or meditate before going to bed.
  • Get lots of sleep.
