Self-Improvement Tip: Visualizing happiness

I have found that if I have a difficult day/situation facing me, I will sit in a quiet place, practice deep breathing until relaxed, and then visualize myself feeling happy and relaxed while performing the task. If I start to feel tension, I back up until I feel relaxed again, then start the whole process over. It really works! I know I was skeptical, but scientifically it has been shown to work!!!
