Skin Care Tip: Pimples? Try avoiding milk.

Tip description / details: If you suffer breakouts and those painful, pus filled little pimples, try completely avoiding milk for a few weeks. (You should of course take a calcium supplement to maintain your required calcium intake.) You may find that this helps, and if so you can make the choice to avoid milk in your diet.

Results (observed by submitter): I have experimented with avoiding milk many, many times and have found that it definitely clears up my breakouts. Conversely, when I go back to drinking milk, I break out with those hard, pus-filled little zits, so I am convinced that's what causes the problem. Try it for yourself and see. I take 1200 mg's daily of a calcium substitute.
