Sleep positioins can dramatically increasethe wrinkling of your skin. Side sleepers can cause deep wrinkles by folding the skin repeatedly during sleep. Repeated night after night aging skin will "hold" the lines created permanently. To minimize the effects train yourself to sleep on your back. This will not only reduce "created" wrinkles but reduce eye puffiness in the morning. I had started to notice deep lines on my cheeks in the early morning, they would fade by late morning or early afternoon. After awhile, they didn't disapear. After shifting to back sleeping the lines have completely gone away.
