I am in my early thirties, but many believe that I am in my early twenties. In fact, until a year ago I smoked and was occasionally carded when I bought cigarettes -- suggesting some believed me to be younger than 18. What is my secret? I do very little to my skin. I wash my face about twice a week and my hair even less. I do wear moisturizer nearly every day but very little make up. I never wear powder as it dries my skin. I also wear at least SPF 30 sunscreen in the summer. I believe the less you do to your skin, the less damaged it will be. So, at least for people with good genetics, doing as little as possible besides basic protection could be the way to go.
