Skin Care Tip: Use aspirin for smoother and nicer skin
|
submitted by Zoya, Oakland, CA USA
Tip description / details: Ok ladies, here is my formula to help with dry skin. I use very concentrated green tea to melt to aspirin, add a drop of glycerin, and a drop of extra virgin olive oil and hold it together with honey. Use about 4 aspirin, and a quarter teaspoon of everything else. I found less redness, smaller pores, and shrinking of any small pimples--with no irritation. I leave it on for 30 minutes and off in the shower. The glycerin and honey keep it from flaking, it is kind of runny, but it is sticky enough to not run in your eyes. I figure the green tea and olive oil have antioxidants and the glycerin and olive oil are very moisturizing.
