Skin Care Tip: Preventing wrinkles with sticking-plaster

Tip description / details:
If you have the inclination to frown so that you get a wrinkle between your eyebrows, you can make yourself aware of this by sticking a small piece of plaster between your eyebrows. Or maybe even on your forehead. When you frown unaware you feel the plaster move which will warn you that you have to relax your face muscles. Of course don't do this outside or when you have company of others (maybe except your family; my husband was used to it). You will learn to get aware of frowning and your face muscles will get used to being relaxed.

Ten years ago I had a wrinkle between my eyebrows because I always frowned. Now that I have learned to relax those muscles, you can hardly see this wrinkle any more.
