I have a 60-year-old family friend living in London. The skin on her face is still firm and glowing. Many women in late forties have much more wrinkles than she has. She is advising to eat simple food, not spicy. She loves oat porridge: she ads very hot water to the oats and eats them in the morning. Sometimes she ads honey. In Addition she is exercising a few times a week, e.g. going to the swimming pool, and doing yoga. Her stomach is almost flat and she still wears decoltee proudly. She is massaging her face skin regularly by pinching it with her fingers to increase the circulation. And from my side is a tip for a shiny hear: I drink 1 or 2 glasses of So Good Soya every day, eat 1 egg; I always rinse my hair by adding one or two spoons of vinegar into 1 litre of almost cold water (hardly warm).
