Tip description / details: To have effective skincare, one must be dedicated and know there's a number of things involved. My skin care regime, involves taking Daily, Zinc, Antioxidant Tablets, Multi Vitamins, HairSkin Food Tablets. Dietary tips are fruits, inc pears, apricots, oranges, bananas and most importantly apples, which are very high in antioxidants. I moisturize Daily, Use Vitamin E cream, Loreal Anti wrinkle Cream, VitaLift anti-sagging cream, and also i use the Loreal Face Mask regularly. I exfoliate and use a Microdermabrasion Kit which sands back the skin, and use a toner. I am 38 years of age, and quite often get mistaken for being in late twenties. Also, nuts, pumpkin soup, oats, and olives are to be eaten regularly. Fish is a must, and is to be eaten at least three times a week. Dark chocolate is a plus. Green tea and White Tea (even higher in antioxidants) are drank daily, as well as around four litres of water a day. Follow these tips, and you'll experience the benefits of anti aging, Your Skin will look great, and you'll remain relatively youthful for your age.

Results (observed by submitter): Results are very obvious. Minimal wrinkling and sagging. Often get remarks and compliments. Wrinkles are very thin, and the face looks full of colour and the texture is very smooth
