Skin Care Tip: Dry skin supplement

Tip description / details: I've had very dry, sensitive skin since I was young. One thing that I have tried with great success over the last few months has been Evening Primrose oil supplement (gamma-linoleic acid). I additionally use a good fish oil supplement. What prompted me to try this was an article saying that individuals prone to dry skin/eczema had difficulty synthesizing gamma-linoleic acid from alpha-linoleic acid, found in things like Linseed oil. I have tried this tip for a few months with good results.

How to use: I've taken 2000mg of evening primrose and fish oil daily for about 3 months to see improvements
Results (observed by submitter): I have seen great improvement in my skin's appearance. It is much more elastic and the dry patches I had before are gone
