Tip description / details: I came across a great book about 6 months ago titled the 10 minute face lift by Tessa Thomas. It discusses and gives detailed descriptions of exercises for the face to reduce and slow down the signs of aging. The exercises are very easy to do and only take 10 minutes. I have been doing the exercises every other day for six months and i have noticed a difference in the contours of my face. Regardless of whether the exercises are the reason the exercises produce increased circulation to the face and specific problem areas which can only be good. I have spent a fortune on all the latest trends and love that i can see a benefit for minimal dollars which is easy and quick to maintain.
