I have really seen the benefits with simple facial exercises. Of course, I use them in conjunction with removing all makeup at night and using a few skin care products every morning and evening. 1) Sit upright in a chair and look straight ahead. With eyes only, look upwards towards the ceiling. Do this move 20 times. 2) Now, with eyes only, look downward. Do this move 20 times. While doing these exercises you will feel the skin freeing up and pulling and relaxing. It really feels good and particularly beneficial after waking up and reducing puffiness. AT the same time I have experienced some firming benefits as well. I have less puffy eyes when I wake up. Seems to really have tightened the skin up and makes the skin a little more elastic.
