Once per week, after cleansing my face at night I apply Vitamin E skin oil to my face. You can either prick a vitamin E capsule or buy a vial of vitamin E oil. I first warm the oil by rubbing about 5 drops of the oil in the palms of hands, then "press" it onto my face, gently pat a bit under my eyes, and rub it into my lips. When I wake up the next morning I wash my face as usual. Vitamin E is a wonderful anti-oxidant. This practice has softened my skin.
