Use cold water to finish off your skincare regimen. It will refresh and revitalise and tighten and firm your skin. I have spoken to many older people with great skin and they all seem to have done this. You should do it after you have cleansed and before you moisturise. (Plus drink 1.5L a day to clear impurities.) Also I have been told that rosewater is the best toner you can buy. It is free so anyone can do it and it is natural and it takes no time at all.
