Skin Care Tip: Sun care

As I am a red head and very fair skinned I was, in my youth unfortunately badly sunburnt several times regardless of being very careful. Therefore, I learnt to cover up. Long pants, Long sleeved shirts, large hats, any covering cream for hiding blemishes such as birth marks. This I used as make-up and I also used it on my hands. I also wore large sunglasses. Regardles of how hot or humid this is how I dress outside. Today I am complemented on my skin which is rather nice when you are 64.

My skin does have freckles but is is not lined or wrinkly
