Skin Care Tip: Great homemade exfoliator

Tip description / details:
A great, inexpensive exfoliator that can be found in your kitchen. It's simple baking soda.

Ingredients:
Three-quarters of a cup of baking soda and one-quarter cup of water.

How to prepare:
Mix three-quarters of a cup of banking soda with one-quarter cup of water. Gently rub on your face for three minutes, and rinse off.

How to use:
Gently rub on your face for three minutes, and rinse off.

Results (observed by submitter):
I get smooth, refreshed and natural looking-skin -- all the benefits of the expensive scrubs without the extra chemicals or expense.
