Weight Loss Tip: Weight loss with Shirataki noodles

Tip description / details: I have been using and recommending Shirataki noodles. They have no carbs, and very low calories. They absorb the flavor of what ever you cook them in, so I make my own low calorie (and low carb) sauce. They are very filling and I have lost about 20 pounds with very little effort.
Ingredients: Shirataki Noodles, available on line, and what ever low cal low carb sauce you like.
How to prepare: The noodles come packaged in water. I rinse them with fresh water, and then simmer the noodles in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
How to use: Some times, I just eat the noodles by them selves. You can flavor them with seasoning that has very low calories, or butter substitutes like "I can't believe it's not butter".
Results (observed by submitter): I have lost about 20 pounds in 8 weeks with very little effort, and no hunger!
