Weight Loss Tip: Putting back the good carbs in my diet

Tip description / details: I have been following an "Atkins" type diet for years. Initially, I lost weight but for the past year results have been terrible. My mood, energy level, and over all well being have gone down hill. After lots of reading I decided to try putting back good carbs in my diet and eating more times through out the day. What a difference. I incorporated all veggies and fruits plus all whole grain products. I have more energy than ever and have lost the final five pounds.

Results (observed by submitter): As I said, results, for me have been wonderful. It has been about 6 months now and I cant remember feeling more satisfied after eating as well as having more energy.
