I have been following a weight loss regime with the principle of no carbs after 5pm - this has proven really effective - while it may be difficult at first once you have stuck to this you will find that your stomach shrinks and you eat less at night.

How to prepare:
Make sure you eat your heavy meal at lunch time.

How to use:
Having a snack between your heavy meal and your carbs free meal at night will help reduce cravings
